Stray - PS5
review by Kirsten Myburgh
XIII is a first-person shooter game that was recently released on PlayStation 5. The game is a modern retelling of the classic graphic novel, also called XIII, which was originally published in 1984.
Overall, I found XIII to be a fun and thrilling experience. The graphics are impressive and the gameplay is smooth and intuitive. The story, which follows a man with amnesia trying to uncover his past, is intriguing and kept me engaged throughout.
One of the standout features of XIII is its cel-shaded art style, which gives the game a unique visual aesthetic. The character designs are also well done and the voice acting is solid.
The gameplay itself is enjoyable, with a good variety of weapons and abilities at your disposal. The levels are well designed and offer a good balance of exploration and action.
One minor complaint I have is that the AI enemies can be a bit predictable at times, but this didn't significantly impact my enjoyment of the game.
Overall, I would definitely recommend XIII to fans of first-person shooters. The combination of a compelling story and solid gameplay make it a worthwhile addition to any PlayStation 5 library.
